Lian Wah Hang Farm Pte Ltd and  Uncle William Edu & Agri Enterprises has a humble beginning when farming veteran, Mr. Ho Seng Choon founded Lian Wah Hang as a sole Proprietorship in 1954 aimed at providing a platform for improving the technological level in the farming industry and also educating the public by opening the farm into a academy with latest display of farm equipments in use at the farm. Many benefited, as some came as apprentice and learnt valuable experiences and knowledge with the time in the farm. The effort was not gone unappreciated as our founder; Mr. Ho’s contribution is now recorded in our National Heritage archive.

Lian Wah Hang Farm Pte Ltd, form in 1994, to be the first and only Game Bird farm in Singapore which is specialized in Quails, Pigeon, Guinea Fowls and other game birds. The farm is fully integrated as it has its own Grand parent stock to direct marketing of the farm produce. These fowls are mainly breed for eggs and game bird meat to be market to Hotels and restaurants. The company also provides turn-key projects and consultations in agri or poultry industries. 

The company Education mission is still carry out by, Uncle William Edu & Agri Enterprises which is the 1st subsidiary of Lian Wah Hang Farm, form in 2004. It is set in Farmart Centre, away from the farm due to the bio-security act in preventing the avian flu. William Ho, the second generation from the family and with ability to passion and the understanding of the children psychology, he gain favor with many children thus earn him the title of Uncle Quail or Uncle William. Therefore with the aid of the mass media, Uncle William became a trademark for him and the company.

Uncle William Edu & Agri Enterprises is also inducted into Singapore tourism Board as the 1st Farm Tour and Nature guide. The company will also be working very close with the Kranji Countryside association, KCA.

Currently, Parts of the site is still under construction.  We hope to get it done as soon as possible.
